At this evening's Students' Union awards evening BUNCS picked up the award for the general society of the year!

Semester 2 Begins: New Omegathon, LAN, and Twitter
Semester 2 is underway and we're busy again. This Wednesday (28th January) will be the first console session of the Semester and the start of the new Omegathon. Full details are available in our forums as usual.
The next LAN is also due to start on Friday (30th January) continuing through the weekend. We're in rooms in 8 West this time, and hope to see many of you there to enjoy a well earned break after the exams.
Lastly, we now have a new Twitter feed you can follow to keep up with the latest BUNCS events, and details of when our new games server is available for you to play on. Check it out at twitter.com/buncs.

The final results of the Omegathon for Semester 1 are now available. Tom/DarkPsymon was the clear winner of Semester 1, and will be receiving a prize soon.

They've been up on our "Pictures" section for a while, but I thought I would draw attention to the fact that there's many photos from the first LAN of the year on there for you to check out. Just click that "Pictures" tab on the top navigation bar, where you can also see what the older members were like back in the dark days of 2005.
